His expressions, body language and even the dance in ‘Pehli Baar’ just reflect his role so much subtly. The surprising one is Ranveer who portrays the act of quintessential ‘Awara’ with such delicacy.
Priyanka just proves why she’s one of the best we got her emotional and even humorous parts are so top-notch. Zarina Wahab is just amazing at the sweetly taunting mother-in-law of Ayesha. Anil is delight to watch when he comes to dancing madly and in the song ‘Gallan Goodiyaan’ he again proves it.
DIL DHADAKNE DO 2015 PIRATES BAY FULL
Farhan and Anushka have small parts but they do full justice to it. The way Anil Kapoor taunts his wife, Shefali Shah, of her pretentious dieting and then she too taunts his of pretending to be 24 years old is simply perfect. There is no doubt that with such a talented ensemble cast there would be any faults. How this family copes up with family drama is what will entertain you with little glitches in slogging screenplay. Meanwhile Kabir falls for Farah (Anushka) who is a dancer at the cruise. Ayesha is struggling with her marriage and is still in love with her childhood beloved Sunny (Farhan). Ranveer is blackmailed for his plane and Nuri is interested in the son of Rana family and Rana is a rival of Sood. And as Kamal had planned to celebrate his 30 th anniversary on a cruise, so he invites Sood family too.
AYKA has gone bankrupt and the only thing that can save them is to get Kabir married to the only daughter of Sood family, Nuri (Ridhima Sud) and Sood family is obviously very rich. Kamal (Anil Kapoor) is the CEO of his company ‘AYKA’ which is named after his both children Ayesha (Priyanka) and Kabir (Ranveer). The Mehras are a dysfunctional family with ‘Log kya kahenge’ kind of parents. The breathtaking visuals, lavish dresses, amazing portrayal of business lifestyle and a high class situation-comedy is what makes ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ watchable but just like ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, this too has its share of few slow patience-testing scenes.
